Week 4: Flexibility and Balance - Warm-up exercises: Arm and leg stretches, ankle rotations - Flexibility exercises: Yoga poses, toe touches, butterfly stretches - Balance activities: Single-leg stands, balancing on a beam, yoga balance poses - Cool-down exercises: Gentle stretches, relaxation techniques

Throughout the month, students will also learn about the importance of proper nutrition, hydration, and rest for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. They will be encouraged to set personal fitness goals and track their progress. The class will be conducted in a fun and inclusive environment, ensuring that all students feel motivated and supported in their fitness journey.
