Before creating my product, I analyzed my skills to identify my strengths. I recognized that I am not particularly skilled in creativity or editing, so I eliminated the option of crafts and dismissed the idea of creating a video or presentation. However, I excel in social and communication skills. I am able to quickly gain confidence and present with positive energy without feeling overly nervous. Considering these strengths, I realized they would be instrumental in determining the type of product I should pursue.

With the guidance of my advisor, I decided to create an informative talk. This format seemed to be the most effective way to achieve my main objective, which is to educate the Lord Byron u-15 volleyball team about the challenges, stereotypes, and stress that athletes face, as well as potential treatments for mental health issues.
