Job Description: The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing department within a hospital. Oversee the allocation and utilization of nursing resources, including staffing levels, equipment, and supplies. 7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction. 8. Serve as a liaison between the nursing department and other hospital departments, as well as external stakeholders. 9. Participate in hospital committees and meetings to provide nursing expertise and contribute to decision-making processes. 10. Stay updated on current trends, research, and advancements in nursing practice and healthcare management.

Education Background: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree in nursing. - Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) is preferred.

Work Experience: - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in nursing, with progressive leadership roles. - Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory position within a healthcare setting is required. - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement initiatives. - Experience in budgeting, resource management, and strategic planning. - Familiarity with electronic health record systems and healthcare technology.
