In summary, we have developed a simple and efficient method for estimating second virial coefficients using accessible molecular features obtained through RDKit. Our model shows great performance for molecules well-represented in the training set and outperforms traditional techniques and established semi-empirical procedures. The existence of a comprehensive and high quality database has been crucial for our work.
