Chapter 1

Ahh, Venice. I can barely believe I am here. I can hardly contain my excitement as I stepped off the boat with my brother, Marcel. After weeks of traveling, we have finally arrived. The city is so beautiful, the air being filled with exciting aromas and sounds. I can only imagine all the great things this magical place has in store for us.

Chapter 2

We stumbled into our lodgings and were met with a pleasant surprise - our host was a kind woman named Sofia. She welcomed us with open arms, inviting us to settle into our beds and chat as we unpack. After some pleasantries and refreshments, Marcel and I decided to have a nice stroll around the city.

Chapter 3

Venice is truly astounding. Everywhere we went we were surrounded by stunning architecture - some places more majestic than others. I was in awe of it all, from the rows of brightly colored buildings, to the intricate bridges and canals. It felt like a dream.

Chapter 4

We couldn’t help but stop for a bite to eat, we decided to try a local dish called the “Fisherman’s Stew”. It was delicious, it was filling and made with fresh ingredients. We also tried some Venetian wine which, of course, was superb.

Chapter 5

The day has been full of enchanting sights, sounds and flavors. We haven’t seen or heard of anyone or anything that put us in danger, but we are here to play it safe so we will not venture out too late at night.

Chapter 6

As the sun starts to set, we head back to our lodgings to get a good night’s rest. I am still in awe of this beautiful city and cannot wait to discover the charming secrets and surprises it has to offer. I don’t know what the next day will bring, but I’m looking forward to it!
