Procedure:
- Introduction (5 minutes):
- Begin the lesson by displaying the alphabet flashcards or posters in front of the class.
- Ask students if they know what the alphabet is and why it is important.
- Explain that the alphabet is a set of letters that we use to read, write, and communicate.
- Letter Recognition (10 minutes):
- Show the flashcards or posters one by one, starting from A and going up to Z.
- Ask students to identify each letter as you display them.

- Letter Sounds (10 minutes):
- Choose a few letters and ask students to think of words that start with those letters.
- For example, for the letter “B,” students can say “ball,” “banana,” or “butterfly.”

- Letter Formation (15 minutes):
- Distribute letter manipulatives (magnetic letters, foam letters, etc.) to each student.
- Demonstrate how to form each letter using the manipulatives or on the whiteboard.
- Have students practice forming the letters using their manipulatives or on their own mini whiteboards.
- Walk around the classroom to provide individual assistance and guidance.
- Hands-on Activities (15 minutes):
- Divide the class into small groups or pairs.
- Provide worksheets or activity sheets with various alphabet-related activities, such as matching uppercase and lowercase letters, filling in missing letters, or coloring pictures that start with specific letters.
