Goal: The student will accurately identify and name numbers from 1 to 100 with 80% accuracy in a variety of settings and formats.

Objective 1: Given a set of number flashcards, the student will correctly identify and name numbers from 1 to 20 with 80% accuracy in 10 out of 12 trials.

Objective 2: When presented with a number line from 1 to 50, the student will accurately identify and name numbers from 1 to 50 with 80% accuracy in 8 out of 10 trials.

Objective 3: Given a worksheet with mixed numbers from 1 to 100, the student will correctly identify and name numbers from 1 to 100 with 80% accuracy in 6 out of 8 trials.

Objective 4: When presented with a number identification game on a computer or tablet, the student will accurately identify and name numbers from 1 to 100 with 80% accuracy in 4 out of 6 trials.

Objective 5: During math class, the student will independently identify and name numbers from 1 to 100 when presented in various formats (e.g., written, spoken, on a number line) with 80% accuracy in 3 out of 5 opportunities.

Objective 6: The student will generalize number identification skills by accurately identifying and naming numbers from 1 to 100 in real-life situations (e.g., reading prices, identifying addresses) with 80% accuracy in 2 out of 3 opportunities.

Note: Progress monitoring will be conducted regularly to assess the student’s progress towards achieving the goal. Adjustments to the objectives and strategies may be made based on the student’s individual needs and progress.
