Title: Manage Orders

Primary Actor: Staff

Preconditions: - Customers must be able to purchase an item - Customers must be able to request prices - Staff must be able to order stocks from a supplier

Main Flow: 1. Staff receives an order request from a customer. 2. Staff checks the availability of the item in the inventory. 3. If the item is available, staff confirms the order with the customer and proceeds to the payment process. 4. If the item is not available, staff checks the supplier’s availability and lead time for the item. 5. Staff orders the item from the supplier and informs the customer of the expected delivery date. 6. Staff updates the inventory with the new stock. 7. Staff confirms the payment with the customer and completes the order.

Postconditions: - The customer receives the ordered item. - The inventory is updated with the new stock. - The supplier receives the order request and delivers the item to the staff.
